Continuous Process Improvement Manager

ORNL Federal Credit Union, East Tennessee’s Community Credit Union, is seeking a Continuous Process Improvement Manager.  Will be responsible for building a robust process improvement (PI) program for the organization by developing, implementing, promoting, and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement.  Also serves as a resource and collaborates with others in the credit union to advance the process improvement goals of the credit union and its departments and branches. Minimum of three years experience in process improvement in the financial field with a BS or higher in business or a finance related field is required.

President/Chief Executive Officer

Tulsa Federal Credit Union ($500 million in assets) is seeking a President/Chief Executive Officer to replace the incumbent who will be retiring at the end of November 2010. The Credit Union is well-capitalized and financially sound with an active and involved Board of Directors. The Board is looking for a proven leader with a collaborative management style and a minimum of 10 years of progressive senior management experience in a financial institution of $250 million or greater in assets (preferably a Credit Union). A Bachelor’s Degree, or commensurate experience and/or education is required, with advanced degree a plus. Must have experience in financial budgeting, management and supervision of numerous employees and branches, asset/liability management, strategic planning, new product development, and must work well with both a Board and staff.

Accounting Manager

Arlington Community Federal Credit Union, a $200 million dollar credit union located in Northern Virginia, has an immediate opening for an Accounting Manager. 

The Accounting Manager is responsible for the effective operation of a 5 employee Accounting Department; establishing and maintaining work processes and procedures, ensuring adequate internal controls, maintaining accurate and complete financial records, and preparing timely and accurate periodic statements of the Credit Union’s financial position.  Provide for balanced and/or reconciled general ledger accounts, financial accounting systems, financial institution accounts, and subsidiary records.  

The successful candidate will possess a four-year degree in accounting or related field and 3-5 years work experience in accounting and finance for a financial institution/organization.  A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience is required.  Related specialized or technical training is desired in financial analysis, budgeting, information systems, or financial reporting.
